Error message in EOIeException

I have window 7. Recently I receive the following message:

" Exception EOIeException on Module SMSystemAnalyzer.exe at 0014F649 An invalid character found in text content"

How can I correct thsi error

    Hi,

    1.      Have you installed any software from Easy Bits, or Skype?

    2.      When exactly do you receive this error message? Is it while performing certain task?

    Step 1

    This issue may cause due to third-party conflict or virus infection. Check if the issue persists in Safe Mode, if the issue does not persist then perform Clean Bootand check whether the issue resolves.

    Note: After Clean Boot troubleshooting step, refer to “How to reset the computer to start as usual after troubleshooting with Clean Boot” from the article.

    Step 2

    Also run virus scan using Microsoft Safety Scanner, which would help us to get rid of virus, spyware, and other malicious software.

    **Note:**Any data files that are infected may only be cleaned by deleting the file entirely, which means there is a potential for data loss.

    Also check event viewer to see if there is any more information about this error under "Application" and "System" What information appears in event logs (Event Viewer)?
