Server 2012 R2 std. firewall not save settings after add rule / apps / port.

Server 2012 R2 std.

No matter what I do on windows firewall. It won't save the configuration after leave the windows firewall screen.

• Add new inbound rule Result: disappear after re-open this screen
• Add allow another app Result: disappear Result: disappear

How do I troubleshoot this issue?

Hi ,

Did you have any third party software installed? It looks like there is a third-party AV software preventing the modification from being saved.

First check the installed third party software or do a clean boot and then see if you can save the configuration on firewall.

Yes. Firewall is controlled by AV software after checked.
