Failed to request policy assignments (Code 0x80004005)

Question

When I deployed the system, the system entered PE after a few seconds to black screen and then rebooted, the following is the LOG file I extracted from the system.

Thanks for posting in Microsoft MECM Q&A forum.

SCCM PXE Authenticator from the environment is empty.
Need to create Authenticator Info using PFX

1. It seems that the WinPE client cannot connect to the Management Point. Please help check that the IIS on your MP machine is running and that no firewall is preventing the connection. Check that the MP virtual endpoint is present. Check the MP health status.
2. If in HTTPS model, may we know if you have deployed the Client Certificate to the PXE-enabled Distribution Points?
3. Have you check Mpcontrol.log on the MP server and Smspxe.log?
