AzOps - Deploy custom Policy to inherit tags to resource groups and resources

We are trying to use Enterprise Scale AzOps to deploy custom policy to inherit tags from Subscription to Resource Groups and resources.

We have used the build-in policy "b27a0cbd-a167-4dfa-ae64-4337be671140" and changed the mode to "All" instead of "Indexed".

We are getting below error while creating the custom policy definition using AzOps.63219-policydef-inherittag-tenantparameters.txt63320-policydef-inherittag-tenant.txt
