    Hi Norman,

To provide the appropriate resolution, I would need more information from your end.

    1. Where exactly you find this error message? Is it in device manager?

    1. Do you get any error message while using apps or playing video?
    2. Do you face this issue with all the apps?
    3. What is the make and model of the computer?

    Method 1:

I would suggest you to download and install latest display drivers from the computer manufacturer website and check if it helps.

    thanks for the reply

there is no message appeared from the device manager. i never recieved any error message while using any app.

i just noticed that when i open an app the screen starts to flicker. and videos runs slow (sometimes). then i tried to open AMD vision control center but "AMD Vision Engine Control center cannot be started there are no currently settings that can be configured using AMD Vision Control center." appeared.

this problem started when i installed encarta encyclopedia 2012. so what i did i REFRESHED my PC. after refreshing all went well. apps runs better and videos runs OK. but AMD Vision center cannot be opened ("AMD Vision Engine Control center cannot be started there are no currently settings that can be configured using AMD Vision Control center.")

    please help.
