biometric authntication digital persona 4500 on windows 2019 ,windows 2016

Bonojur,
I am using a Digital Persona u.are.u 4500 biometric scanner on windows 2019 server standard. It works fine locally but doesn't work when i get windows server session from a Tera2 PCOIP.Any one have an idea regarding this issue help .is this any compatibility issue ?
