Invitees not receiving email invites from App center

Question

Hi App center team,

My Testers have been added as collaborator in Microsoft app center, however they are not receiving email invitations. I've tried this with a couple of people -still not working. Could you perhaps advise? PS. We've been using App center for awhile now and usually our testers receive the email invites.

Thank you for taking time to post this issue in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Currently, issues about App Center are not supported in Microsoft Q&A forum. You can get support for App Center directly from within the App Center portal by opening the help menu in the upper right corner of the App Center portal: ? > Contact support, and use the message field to explain your issue or question.(See more here: Accessing App Center Free Support)
