You could try using this program to uninstall it as it works pretty well for stubborn programs.

I tried to uninstall a program. It failed. So to stop it launching through any mouse touch mistake , I moved the desktop icon to the Trash.
In the Program List it is still listed, but of course, I don't use it as I can't launch it through the desktop icon.
The problem I have is that this pop-up occurs every time I start Windows.
It is quickly followed by another pop-up: "C:\ProgramFiles\Uniblue\RegistryBooster\unins000.msg".
Does anyone have any ideas about this one? I have searched everywhere, I think. I have done several scans using different methods.
I have downloaded a copy of the same program (updated by manufacture) and tried to uninstall it. That went OK but the original is still here
I don't know what else to try. While it doesn't seem to be causing any problems, it is very ANNOYING!
I would appreciate any help. Thank you.
