For problems relating to the logon, it may be necessary to capture a logon with Process Monitor enabled.

When troubleshooting a logon issue, it is important that the Process Monitor application is running when a user logs into the endpoint.
This can be done by running the tool as an Administrator and selecting the option from the Options menu
