Unfortunately with the latest updates, even if stopping the "Windows Search" recur errors in question, even if the backup runs on an internal disk and is no longer indexed to the "Offline Files".

I set the indexing only the default ones, Internet History, Start Menu, Users and Windows Live Mail

I noticed that if I stop the service "Windows Search" immediately before the backup, after a few seconds restarts, even if it is set to "Manual Start".

But it is normal that Microsoft Windows Search Indexer, is always active even if the indexing is finished?

    Hello
