You can try to uninstall Internet Download Manager (IDM) if you're using it. Also reinstall Adobe Flash Player and see if the problem still persists.

Go to start>run and type regedit and enter
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
On the right side look for Shell which should have value of just explorer.exe just like this..Delete everything at right side of explorer.exe, if there is anything.

Under same key Winlogon also look for Userinit check whether it is like in the below illustration... this is the way it should be ..
