Hi - We have two SQL Server Pools and trying to access the Table1 from Pool1 in Pool2 using SQL Script in Synapse Workspace and its saying "This feature is not supported in this version of SQL Server". Is there any way to access it in SQL Server script or I need to use Pipelines/Spark notebooks/External tables.

thanks

    Hi @rajendarerabathini-1405,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum and thanks for reaching out.

I’m assuming these are provisioned (dedicated) sql pools? If yes, then cross database joins are not supported. You will need to extract/load via Integration Pipeline/Spark.
