My exam was supposed to begin at the mentioned time but after providing the details the exam was never starting.

How to proceed? I havent answered a single question the VUE application said there is some issue and relaunch was repeatedly coming.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
