Periodically I go into my sprint cellphone account via my laptop to check the phone log. Recently I have been receiving a message saying that the webpage has encountered a problem when loading the page, error message number 80020101, but I can get the page when using the web on my cell. Any ideas why my laptop is now having this issue?

The error is confusing. It is not listed in the 8002nnnn errors which are all Dispatch errors (the mechanism for Macros in office and scripting elsewhere).
It's also doesn't appear to be an internet error either.
Maybe it's referring to a scripting error on the web page.
Press F12 and see if there is any other info.
