Azure portal using ADFS

Question

For us portal.azure.com was configured by a consultant to use on-prem adfs. On checking staged rollout I am able to use Azure AD. But I could not find where in AAD is it configured to use ADFS. I checked under enterprise applications but could not find any application with portal.azure.com Homepage URL.

Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) Connect lets you configure federation with on-premises Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) and Azure AD. With federation sign-in, you can enable users to sign in to Azure AD-based services with their on-premises passwords--and, while on the corporate network, without having to enter their passwords again.

The setup is done from the Azure Active Directory Connect tool which sits in your on-premise server. You can find the configuration there as something like this :

@VipulSparsh-MSFT The AD connect version we have is too old v1.1 running since 2018 without updates. I don't see this option in that. I am working on doing upgrade to that first.
