Status Code: 80090304 Error

Recently when I start up my Xbox and sign in I will receive an error message saying that some of Xbox LIVE is currently unavailable at the moment, Status Code: 80090304. It will say that I am not connected to XBL at the dashboard and advertisements will not show up as well. However when I click the Xbox Guide button, it will show my friends/party/messages/etc. When I attempt to play an online game, it will instantly disconnect me without notice, but when I return to the dashboard it will repeat itself. I've tried deleting/recovering my account, reseting my console, and nothing seems to work. Any tips to resolving this issue?
