Runtime error message

I keep getting a message that has the heading of Microsoft Visual C++Runtime Library; there is a red circle with an X that says Runtime Error!  Then it shows the following:

Program: C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3\E_IATIIBE.EXE

R6034

An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.  Please contact the application's support team for more information.

**I don't know what the application's support team is or who it is and I don't know what to do with this message.  I really would like to know what to do.**I recently added an Epson XP-400 Small-In-One Printer and installed it on a wireless network.  It appears the computer accepted this and installed it but I am having problems printing from some programs.  I can print from Word2010, but I can't print from Outlook.com emails and it was after installing this that I got the above message.  Can you help me with this?

    Hi Angela,

    1. What is the complete/exact error message?
    2. Is this issue confined to a specific website?
    3. Are you using Internet Explorer as the default browser? If yes, which is the version installed on the computer?

A runtime error is a software or hardware problem that prevents Internet Explorer from working correctly. Runtime errors can be caused if a website uses html code that is not compatible with the web browser functionality.

If you are using Internet Explorer, proceed with the steps.

    Method 1:

You may run the Fixit provided in the article and perform the steps mentioned.

Fix Runtime Errors in Internet Explorer

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822521

    Method 2:

If the issue still persists, perform an SFC scan on your computer. Refer to the following link:

    Refer:

Hope this information helps. Reply with the status so that we could help you further.

    Hi Angela,

Thank you for keeping us posted.

You may uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Package from Add or Remove Programs & reinstall it again. Thereafter, check if the issue persists.

Which Windows operating system am I running?

If you are using 32 bit computer, you may refer this article:

    Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)

If you are using 64 bit computer, you may download from this article:

    Hi Angela,

Thank you for keeping us posted.

Microsoft Visual C++ updates are necessary for certain applications to work. It looks like there are many updates available and let's not uninstall them. I would suggest you to uninstall the Epson printer from the computer and check with the issue.

Since the specific file is pointing to printer drivers, you may uninstall the printer drivers and then reinstall it.

    Refer:

    Hope this information helps.

I feel like I just don't get it -- but you say I can uninstall Micrososft Visual C++ Runtime Package from Add or Remove Programs and reinstall it again.  However, I have 14 Microsoft Visual C++ programs showing up in the Add/Remove Programs and I don't know why.  I only bought this computer in March of this year -- 2013 -- and yet it shows 6 Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 programs, 6 Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 programs and two (2) Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 programs installed on 4/1/2013; one is x64 redistributable 10.0.... and one is x86 redistributable 10.0.....  The ones dated 2005 were installed 4/16/2012, 12/6/2012 and 4/2/2013; the ones dated 2008 were installed 4/16/2012, 12/6/2012 and 4/2/2013.  the operating system is 64-bit.  I don't know what I'm supposed to uninstall and why I have all these programs on this computer.  This is very confusing.  I really don't know what to uninstall and reinstall and again, I don't know what all these different programs are.  I really need help with this.

    Thanks.

I did not use Method 1 because my default browser is Chrome although Internet Explorer9 is installed on my computer.  I am not using it and I did open it a couple of times but when it asked if I wanted it as my default browser, I clicked no.  So, I don't know if the answer you gave me will work -- do I have to go to the IE browser and put that fix in there or what?  You did not give me any info on any other browser, so I really don't know what to do.

The complete/exact error message is what I typed in on my original message:

    Microsoft Visual C++Runtime Library

    Runtime Error

    Program: C:Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3\E_IATIIBE.EXE

    R6034

An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.  Please contact the application's support team for more information.

So if there is more information available, I would be happy to get it.
