ESApp.dll error problem

I am trying to log onto a program and get error message "one or more system DLLs could not be loaded"ESApp.dll.  I have removed the program and then reloaded but msg still there.  I have been told this may be corrupt file.  Can anyone help on how to eliminate or clean up this problem?

i have window XP media center.  The program is KodakEasy Share.

    Place the computer in clean boot and check if it helps.

    To help troubleshoot error messages and other issues, you can start Windows XP  by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This kind of startup is known as a "clean boot." A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

    Note: Follow step 4 to reset the computer to start as usual after the clean boot process.
