Azure CLI in Visual Studio code does not show optiosn to run the .sh file

Hi,

I am planning to run a .sh file in the visual studio code and while running the file I want to run it line by line and keep changing based on the need,

How to achieve it, I have installed run code extension and tried many other extension but not sure how to achieve it.
