The issue is solved by Microsoft.

And I have a test, the text 'Microsoft Confidential' disappears in the list search.

I can reproduce the issue in my SharePoint Online list search. It may be caused by some updates from Microsoft.

If you still have doubts, you could open a service request with Microsoft.

i am experiencing this issue as well. there is a work around to double click the search result, then select edit all (but the extra step diminishes the user experience). please put the link to the service request once filed.
