I uninstalled my Lexmark X4550 printer Tried to uninstall the associated Lexmark Fax Solutions, but I got a message saying that it had already been uninstalled, along with the offer to remove the item from the Programs list, which I did. After the uninstall I looked in Windows Explorer under program files, and found a Lexmark Fax Solutions folder. I deleted every item in that folder except one: ipcmt64.dll, which did not allow itself to be deleted because "the file is open in Print Spooler." How can I close it there, so it can be deleted from Windows Explorer? I am running Windows 7 Home. Regards, Gedeon

(1)try to stop printer spooler and try to delete

Press windows key and r key together and type services.msc and hit enter.

select "Print Spooler" and right click and  stop "Print Spooler" service from there and try to delete

(2)  else follow I cannot delete my own files and folders.. it says either some program is using it
