Hyper-V Virtual Ethernet Adapter driver problem on Win 8

I have Samsung NP700Z5AH laptop that comes with Windows 7, I upgraded it to Windows 8 using Windows 8  Pro upgrade edition.

After upgrading and activating Windows 8 I couldn't run the Windows Phone Emulator, after checking my system using device manager I found under "Network Adapters" that "Hyper-V Virtual Ethernet Adapter" driver has a problem, I tried to click "Reinstall Driver" button but it didn't solve the problem.

How I can fix "Hyper-V Virtual Ethernet Adapter " driver problem which I think it prevents from running Windows Phone emulator.
