    Hi Carlos,

Have you installed any third party applications after reinstalling Windows 8?

I would ask you to check for the print spooler service:

In order to start the printer spooler services, follow these steps and check:

    a. Press Windows key + R on the keyboard.

    b. Type Services.msc in the search box.

    c. Search for Print spooler service and double click on it.

    d. Check if that service is started and the StartUp type is set to Automatic.

    Thanks.
