Question

Dear All,

Currently, we are using SharePoint server 2013 and domain controller 2012R2 everything working as normal. last week our all domain controller has down and could not be connect. we have perform restore All domain controller from Veeam backup then all domain controller is working back normal. but all users has issue with SharePoint, event SharePoint configuration administrator can not login.

anybody's has experience on this issue?

To narrow down this issue, I have something to confirm with you.

• What error messages you will get while you log in? Take a reference to this article: How Do I Troubleshoot SharePoint Login Issues?
• Could you ping/reach the AD server from the SharePoint Server?
• Have you ever tried to reset IIS? Have a try to reset IIS as it may be needed.
• Could you find any clues in ULS Logs? The default path of ULS files is "C:\program file\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\LOGS". There is a blog about how to check the ULS log for your reference: How to Use ULS Log Viewer to Analyse SharePoint Errors?

Were users restored with the same SID? Password? Those are keys for SharePoint access. Same for the SharePoint server and SQL machine accounts.
