Hello,

I have the same problem with disconnection after 15minutes of my headphones Sony WH-CH710N while having Teams sessions. As I am working from home, I bought these Sony headphones for the comfort and sound, being all day long in Teams calls and not standing anymore the old in-ear headphones due to their discomfort and ears pain. I have read several other articles where they have asked to clear the cache of MS teams and set up an audio device but unfortunately nothing worked for me.
I only have these problems on Teams calls, otherwise, the headphones are great, I also tried them on phone calls and they work perfectly, without interruption.

Please address the problem to your Team's colleagues, and add Sony WH-CH710N as a recognized device in Teams, it will make our working lives lots better.

Hoping you will find a solution to our problem, thanks in advance!

    @ShivKumar Kourav ,

As you know, Sony WH-CH710N Bluetooth is not certified in Microsoft Teams devices. So, it is hard to make sure that third party solutions provide a high-quality experience and compatibility when use Microsoft Teams.

Every vendor who wants to join the certification program need to see How to Join for requirements and available programs. Microsoft is working with device partners to bring more new Teams certified devices to market. Each device needs to bypass the Microsoft device Certification Program. It will take up some time.

If there is any new Teams certified device, I will share here.

Your time, understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated.

    Hi SharonZhao-MSFT,

This issue is already addressed in February 2021, but I am currently experiencing the exact same issue. Do you have any idea on how long requesting this issue will take to fix? I get it is a vendor problem of MS Teams, but any answer on this would be much appreciated. I can now still send it back within the guarantee period.

    Hello,
I have the same problem with SONY WH-CH710N in team meetings. The sound works for a few minutes and then drops out. My colleagues can still hear me. When I leave the meeting and rejoin, everything works for a few minutes.

Is there any more recent information on the subject yet.

    Best regards

    Same here!

If you go to "device settings" and change to the system mic and speakers and then back again to Sony it works again (for a while...).

I am, as I write, on a meeting and it happened at minute 4:00 and minute 23:00 (approx).

C'mon Microsoft..... certified?!?!?! It's a Bluetooth connection! What's there to certify? Just open it...

Some Chinese fake "Beats Dre" work fine but not an original Sony headset? Does it make sense?
