- When exactly are you getting this error message? Is it when you are searching for any Apps in the Windows Store?
- Are you able to open the Windows Store App without any issues?
Let’s try clearing the store cache and check if that helps.
Method 1: Clear the Store cache
You may try clearing the cache for the Store and check if it helps:
a) Press the “Windows Logo” + “R” on the keyboard.
b) Type “WSReset.exe” and press “Enter”.
c) Reboot the computer and try updating the Apps.
If the problem is not resolved, continue to Method 2.
