used db method to upgrade from 2010 to 2016 but one more site collection came up with below message, found in the logs. please help.

This error also in 2013.

Hi @sns ,

This log roughly means that when the Custom Upgrade Action.V14ToV15Upgrade is executed, the upgrade 'Rating' feature throws an exception and the upgrade is completed with errors. Review the upgrade log file in E:\Diag_logs\SiteUpgrade-20210204-065121-463.log.

Is there an error reported on the UI? Does this 'Ratings feature' refer to the Ratings in List and Library?

The information that can be obtained from this small log is too little, we can only know that there is a problem with the feature 'Ratings' when the Custom Upgrade Action.V14ToV15Upgrade is executed.

Have you observed other error messages about Ratings？And you could ask the provider of this custom upgrade action for help.
