how to turn off wifi function button?

Hi

When i press my Wifi Function Button on My laptop Windows 8 Automatically Enable Airplane Mode And My Laptop Wifi Driver Screen pops up.

I want to stop Windows to turn off wifi and when i press that key just my driver enable.

How Can i do that

    I have a dell inspiron 3531.the function is always on. how can I turn it off? I have tried:

    Fn+NumLK

    Fn+Shift+NumLk

    Fn+F11

    NumLk

    None of them turns it off.

    what do you think is the problem?
