64-bit kernel mode driver signing

We have custom (private) pci card that is serviced by driver we created. Pci card does not have valid pci vendor/device id. We have used random number that was not listed in any pci vendor database. Card is only used on systems we custom build. Existing signature is expiring and we no longer can resign it due Microsoft changing the process. What options do we have to avoid expensive and time consuming (my assumption) process. I understand the correct way would be to get new EV code signing certificate, sign up for Partner Center for Windows Hardware, create submission...
Is there simpler path (without disabling driver signature verification) to get 64-bit driver work with Windows 10 LTSC. Again it is special pci board not available publicly).
