We're in an Azure Cloud Environment. Recently a new user is having issues connecting to her local Outlook client. It returns an Error code 80090016 Trusted Platform Module has malfunctioned. So far, it's the only laptop that is having this issue. I've already updated the TPM module from Dell thinking that would be a viable fix.

    Hi @Tyler ,

I've already updated the TPM module from Dell thinking that would be a viable fix

Just confirm if your issue has any updates after you updated the TPM module, if it has actually been resolved, please kindly post your solution to answer and mark it, which would benefit others who also has similar issues in forum :)

If the issue still exists after you updated the TPM module, I have researched a lot about it and found a related thread, which mentioned there may be some other workarounds about it. And many users said the workaround provided by Geezers32 may be helpful to switch user and rename this folder : C:\users\$dir\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy, please kindly check if it could also work for you.

If the workarounds mentioned above are all invalid or you still need further assistance, please provide us with more information about your issue(client version, account type and test result on other client). Any update, please feel free to post back :)
