Dear Microsoft folk,

I teach at a University that uses Microsoft Stream for recording and sharing instructional videos. I've recorded several videos and have set them to be viewable by everyone in my company. However, a student is reporting that he's unable to view them. He's says he's getting a message saying the content is unavailable. I've encouraged him to get in touch with y'all. But is there anything else I can do to ensure my video content is available to my students?

Here are the videos he's talking about:

https://web.microsoftstream.com/video/04a1c68a-b7ef-4e5e-adac-4e53fa3220c1

https://web.microsoftstream.com/video/2da959f9-8e29-47d0-bccd-721bc2fb8713

https://web.microsoftstream.com/video/9e1ee668-fad1-4e6f-bc55-002064e9d46c

Thank you for your help.

Cheers,
Jonathan

PS: I'm not sure I chose the appropriate tag. However, I didn't recognize any of the options that keywords, like 'stream,' were bringing up.

    Hi @Surovell, Jonathan R ,

We apologies for the inconvenience this issue may have caused for you and your students. Microsoft Stream is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products (more to be added later on).

You can find immediate help from Streams experts in the Microsoft Stream forum here:
    https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-stream/ct-p/MicrosoftStream

    Hope that helps.

    Thanks,
    Grace
