how do i sync devices?

I have logged in on both devices but I can't sync my desktop with my laptop. please advise. thanks

If there is any error code or message during synchronization, you may share with us.
And I suggest you go to OneDriive online to check whehther your files are synced successfully to OneDrive cloud.
