unable to install KB4598243 in windows server 2016 server

We are unable to install 'MS21-JAN: Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 - Windows Server 2016 - KB4598243 (x64)' this patch in windows server 2016 server's , we have tried know issues fixes for this KB , checked logs but couldn't find any thing much, The server is installed with unisys stealth application. can any faced the same issue and fixed it ? if any one have the solution please reply to this post

    You can try installing the prerequisite SSU

    followed by the mentioned cumulative update.

    Hi,
    You could try manually install this update in clean boot environment:
    How to perform a clean boot in Windows

    Also you could check CBS.log file to troubleshoot the issues related to Windows Update installation.
    %systemroot%\Logs\CBS
