Synctoy 2.1 Windows 10 x64 Metadata Error (With updated SQL compact)

Hi I have SyncToy V2.1 for windows 10 x64 but it keeps giving the metadata error.
SyncToy cannot access it's internal metadata in one of the folders being synchronized.

I already updated SQL compact SP1 V4.0 x64 but no dice. Also running in admin mode doesn't help.
I already disabled UAC but still not working. Also tried to disable antivirus. but no go.
Stuck! FIX? Alternative for winx64 10?

The mode I want is the non destructive copy -> copy between drives to copy all the data from one to the other and skip same files automatically, copy both/rename new for different or updated files. I cant use the regular windows feature because it thinks that I'm out of space even though after skipping same files there's plenty of space. It has 2 TB free but the total sum of the disk is 12TB going onto a 14TB. Some files I manually copied already or made changes. Synctoy is a great idea but it's not working.

Even if I just preview it fails with the metadata error.
