    Hi Veasna,

You can try installing the Project Wise Explorer in Clean Boot mode and check.

Follow the KB article to perform clean boot on the computer:

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista and Windows 7

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

Disclaimer: After you have finished troubleshooting, follow these steps from section “How to reset the computer to start as usual after clean boot troubleshooting” to reset the computer to start as usual.

If issue persists I would suggest you to post your query at ProjectWise forum for better assistance:

    Hope this helps,

    -That program is ProjectWise Explorer

    -The vendor is Bentley

-Other computer can install as normally and this computer can installed as normally before but when i uninstalled it and reinstalled the problem appear.

-what is mean "What media are you using to install the program"?

-The program design for all windows from XP to 7.

That program is not on CD, it's the file on my hard drive and that program is working well.

That program is combined to one file.

Now i got it work when i extract that program to a folder so i can see all component on that folder, so i can choose it to installed.

I have seen some installers us HTML in their screens, they load this using Internet Explorer if this is the case and the page uses some design elements like a gradient Internet Explorer 10 could be the problem.

Load the installer on another computer and see if this the screen looks like that if it does uninstall the IE 10 update that has started flowing down to Windows 7 computers. I have dealt with many similar issues with Microsoft products because of IE 10 removing the gradient.

    Hi Veasna,

    ·         Which program are you trying to install?

    ·         Who is the vendor or the program?

    ·         Did you try installing the same program on another computer and check if it installs?

    ·         What media are you using to install the program?

    ·         Is the program compatible with Windows 7?

Since, you have mentioned you can install other programs without any issue except the one. There might be chances that the program setup file is corrupted. I would suggest you to contact the program vendor to fix the issue. However you may try these steps and check if it helps:

Step 1: if you are trying to install the program from CD/DVD, or USB you can try copying the installation files to computer and then try running the setup from the copied location and check if it installable.

**Step 2:**Check if program is compatible with Windows 7. If not try installing the program in compatible mode and check.

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Make-older-programs-run-in-this-version-of-Windows

Step 3: If you have downloaded the file from website. You can re-download the setup file and check.

Hope this helps, for any Windows related issues please feel free to contact us and we will be glad to help.
