Question

When I went to change the theme and click on "go online for more themes", I got the message "This file does not have a program associated with it for fperforming this action"   It then said to go to www.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=109286.

How do I fix so I can get new themes?    It worked a week ago, but now it isn't working.     Thanks for your help.

I went into the area you suggested and did your recommendations (control panel - theme - personalization - high resolution), but this didn't correct my problem.    I'm still getting the  the linkid-109286 problem and can't access "more online themes".   Do you have another suggestion?   Thanks for your help.
