I reset my Acer pc and when I went to try to download Origin it said that my MSVCP140 is missing and I've tried to do it from the Microsoft website and it said it wasn't able to download because there was an error and I don't know what to do. I also don't know how to log in as adim. How can I fix this problem?

I really don't know nothing about computers so please can you help me?

msvcp140.dll is a part of "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2015"

You can download it from here to fix the issue:

    Hi,

    Was the issue resolved now?

If you failed to download or install from website, we could find a working well device and copy the file out from C:\Windows\System32 to your existing device.

    Bests
    Joy.
