For the past few days I've intermittently had a strange occurence where my pc will appear to spontaneously shut down for a second before presenting the lock screen page (pretty landscape with date and time). If I hit Enter it takes me to user sign in page. I then hit Enter and am presented with the following ![64431-bl.jpg][1] ![64412-image.png][2] When I then hit OK it takes me back to what I was in the midst of before this interruption. What am I doing wrong and how can I correct it? I'm not as tech savvy as I should be but what I can say is that this is a home pc; no server, single user.

    Hi,
Kindly check if below workaround could help to restart the session:
qwinsta /server:servername.domain.com (this displayed all RDP sessions. Identify the hung session if possible)
rwinsta /server:servername.domain.com xx (for xx input session ID found in the qwinsta command that is identified as hung)

Note: Server: server IP also could have a try.

Moreover, in order to figure out the exact process or service that hung in the remote session, it is required some further traces with the assistance of Microsoft Customer Support and Services for a ticket.

    Hi,
Please try to login with admin account and open the powershell or command with admin as well.

I used IP address of the RDSH and input the command in the client side. Following is the output.
