Hi,
This issue description seems a bit unclear and I would like to have a better understanding before we start working on it. I appreciate if you could help me with more information.
1. When exactly do you receive this error message?
2. Did you make and changes on the computer prior to this issue?
3. What is the make and model number of the computer?

Hi, A long time ago, but I tried to ignore it.
dear Anil, thanks for replying to my question, I believe Spybot S&D is the culprit - it happened after I ran tweaking.com and the dialogue boxes appeared after the final reboot. I rectified the problem by uninstalling Spybot S&D and reinstalling.
PS I will mark this thread as answered,
