Based on my research, this error may be related to your client itself, so what's the version of your Outlook client(File>Office account>About Outlook), please first ensure that you have updated to the latest version of Outlook.
If you have checked the version and the issue still exists, it may be related to your corrupted local cache, it's suggested to clear your cache to check if the issue has any difference(Start>Disk Cleanup>Temporary Files).
Still the problem not solved, it may also caused by your corrupted outlook client, and it's suggested to repair your Outlook to check.
