issues starting up lightswitch 2015

I have Windows 10 and VS 2015 enterprise.
I did the install selecting office developer tools and lightswitch but when creating a new lightswitch project brings up the "LightSwitch Designer Hosting package" did not load correctly error.
So I read developer tools update 2 install can help with lightswitch issues but from within Visual Studio extensions there is an update for "Microsoft Developer Tools Update 2" but when I click that it downloads: OfficeToolsForVS2015.exe and when executed that just brings up web platform installer and says: "Microsoft Web Platform Installer couldn't find the product you tried to install".

Any ideas of how I can get this working? Much appreciated!

    So, did you try to download and install this “Microsoft Office Developer Tools Preview 2 for Visual Studio 2015” package?
