Why is WinForms on VS2019 only in German

Question

I have asked this question on Stack Overflow - another user has concurred that his Winforms is in German too.

VS2019 by default, does not have winforms installed. I added it as an extension. When I created a project, the project template description was in German. Then it created a project with filters in German. Also all the TODO text in the code is in German.

How do I inform the owner of the C++/CLI winforms plugin about the localization issue?

So, are you using this extension: C++/CLR Windows Forms for Visual Studio 2019? If yes, you can contact the author by asking questions here: C++/CLR Windows Forms for Visual Studio 2019 – Visual Studio Marketplace – Q&A.

By the way, Visual Studio 2019 indeed removed C++/CLR templates, and if you want to create a Windows Forms project(C++/CLR) in Visual Studio 2019, perhaps, there is another workaround: Create C++ Windows Forms application in Visual Studio 2017.(This is related to VS 2017 but you can refer to it)
