Current we've Microsoft Office 365 E3 License can be used as below table (“Power Apps use rights with Office 365 Licenses”) ? ”, is it correct information ? Could you confirm !

moreover, if we've planned to develop Application by using “Power App (Canvas Apps)” which is this application is no calling paid feature, we can be run “Canvas Apps” as unlimited, correct ?
