Payment for azure Subsription

Good evening, I was surprised when got bill for my Azure Subscription. Some interesting point which call "Tax". I didn't see mention about this point during choosing azure app service plan. And now I must pay for it. Please explain me what is this and how I can see the price for it in future.

Since this is a billing discrepancy issue, I recommend you directly contact Azure billing support team by raising a support request. The support professional would be able to investigate your account and give you more details about billing for your subscription. If they find any billing variances for your subscription that should be refunded.
