For the Internet Explorer issue, if you have not yet reset the settings then you may reset the settings to default and check if this helps.
Follow these steps to reset Internet Explorer settings to default:
- Press “Windows key + R” to get the run window.
- Type “inetcpl.cpl” and click ok to get the “Internet Options” window.
- Click the “Advanced” tab and click “reset”. Once this is done, restart the computer and open Internet Explorer.
