Cannot mount file error message

I am trying to download a trial version of MS Project 2013. This downloads as a Disc Image file. When I try to mount the file I get the error message "Couldn't mount file", "Sorry, there was a problem mounting the file".

I have used previous versions of this program and I was intending to purchase this product but with this much trouble trying to download a trial version I am starting to doubt whether I should or not.

Please assist.

It is not a complex issue when it comes about by using Windows 8 and downloading windows office software. Why don't you just tell us how to fix your bug instead of sending people off to other forums? This is supposed to be somewhere to get help with Microsoft problems.

    Hi Ted,

The issue that you are facing is more complex than what is typically answered in the Microsoft Answers forums. It is better suited for the IT Pro audience on TechNet.
