Trouble with OMS Onboarding

I am having trouble with the OMS Onboarding Wizard in Operations Manager. It all goes well untill I click the 'create' button at the end. Then I get an error.

'An error occurred while making the HTTP request to https://service.systemcenteradvisor.com/Config/SettingService.svc/ServiceSettings'

If I open a browser and attempt to manually open that link, I get an error saying 'Endpoint not found'
