Error establishing connection-Bluetooth

Question

The problem is that the File Transfer via Bluetooth isn't woking

   I've tried sending the file I want from windows explorer, right click, send to, bluetooth, click on the device... but then there's a message: the request could not be honored... and the FTP operation is aborted

  I've also tried connecting my device using windows explorer, computer, then when I open the bluetooth folder of my device there's a message: Error establishing connection.

Not all the bluetooth things in my PC are doing wrong: I got a bluetooth mouse which works properly; also my device(the one I'm having problems) is paired, and I can use the headset feature (I can play the music in the phone on the computer). The only that's not working is the file tranfer... both from the device to the computer and viceversa. And I've checked that my device does work with other devices in the sending file bussinnes.

So, what can I do? Uninstall the Microsoft drivers related to bluetooth? HELP

My PC is VPCF136FX... and I send files to a GT-S5300L
