Thanks for coming back and I apologize for the delay in response. Please do not worry since the command that you run will just remove the specified directory you set. In the meantime, try to troubleshoot your concern by following these:
- Press Windows + R then type wlstartup.exe.
- Press Ok then sign in your Microsoft account.
- After that, please check again if you can now accept the License Agreement.
In case the issue still persists, I would like to ask some questions:
- If nothing happens after clicking accept, does opening the program again will show the License Agreement again?
- When do you receive the error 80070005 in Movie Maker?
- Does the issue happen to all of Windows Essentials programs?
