Error code 6801 Windows 8.1 update.

Hi,
I am unable to install the 8.1 update.
I have run the latest trouble shooter which found and fixed errors, I also ran DISM clean health and restore health; on the later it produced an error 6801.
Any suggestion please?

2014-04-24T00:12:55+00:00 He said the Windows 8.1 update. It would be fair to assume that means he is currently using Win 8.1 and attempting to install the update to Win 8.1.
Unfortunately, our friends in Redmond did not provide us with some common nomenclature to differentiate between an update from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1 or the update to Windows 8.1 after Windows 8.1 update has been installed, which you referred to as "KB2919355". Until someone figures out some common language to refer to this situation we will always be asking the age old question: Who's on first?
